Gothic revival

Twice a year in the heart of Whitby, the town which spawned the Dracula myth, dozens of goths descend to celebrate in a bizarre costume party. A must for photographers. I've been taking pictures of them for over ten years now, and have seen a huge rise in the numbers of amateur paparazzi. They parade the town bedecked in necklaces of enormous telephoto lenses with as much pride as those they seek to capture.
